Essay

The essence of the concept of information culture is investigated, the components of information culture are revealed, the role of a course of computer science in formation of information culture of the future teachers of informatics is justified in the dissertation. The expedience of introduction into the computer science syllabus of some topics aimed at the integration of computer into the structure of intellectual and professional activity of the future teacher of computer science is shown. Didactical means which are promoting the mastering of these topics have been developed.
