The dissertation is dedicated to problems of prognostication of recurring pneumonia generation among servicemen during call-up period, tlaboration of recommendations for optimal therapy, intial and secondary prophylaxy of this disease.Features of clinical course, of structural and functional changes in bronchi, of nonspecific lung protection and immune state in patients with recurrent pneumonia are analysed in the work.A remarkable distinction concerning the parameters analysed in patients with repeated pneumonia and pneumonia with no inclination for repetition has been markeg, informative criteria for prognostication of resurrent disease have been detected and recommendations concerning primary and secondary prevention in Ukraine military formations were elaborated.
