Object is the process of education of the person of the schoolboy in conditions внешкольной of activity. A subject - pedagogical conditions of social formation of a teenager as a personality in short-term unions for interests. The purpose -aim of research is to reveal ways and conditions of increasing of pedagogical influence efficiency of pedagogical influence on social becoming of the person in associations behind interests. Methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical processing of experimental data. The scientific novelty consists in the substantiation of peculiarties of social formation of a personality , revealing of social and pedagogical conditions sets; finding efficient ways; choosing the ways of a teenager's activity correction. Rationality and peculiarity of forms of work are theoretically grounded and possible to correct the process of social education of a teenager. The approbation and introductions of research experiment was carried out in summer camps for schoolchildren, the r esults were reported on the international conferences. The problems of the research work were discussed in 12 articles, scientifically-methodological recommendations and programmes. As a whole, the specified ways, methods and means of influence on a teenager made the process of self-development and self-realisation of a personality more active. It is recommended to implement the results and conclusions of the dissertation research in pedagogic practice of non-school institutions, social workers, tutors, psychologists and also to use it in courses and seminars plans for tutor's training.
