Rybal'chenko V. dialnostics and surdical treatment of children pulmonari hypoplazia

The thesis is dedicated to the questions of diagnostics and tacktics of rational treatment of children"s pulmonary hypoplazia in age aspect. The peculiarity of clinical development of children"s pulmonary hypoplazia in age aspect waz studied and it was tstablished that the less is the child"s age, the often inflammation has the character of diffusion. According to the functional and X-ray methods of check-up, the volume of affection of pulmonary hypoplasia and secondary changes in bronchial tubes was determited. On the ground of the results of the check-up and taking into consideration unsatisfactory results, and reoperation rational surgical tacktics is based, using typical resections, cambined resections, economical operations. Operational treatment was held with 205 (80,39%) from 255 patients. The drainage of pulmonary pleura was improved. The programme of post-operational rehabilitation of patiens was developed. The use of this surgical tacktics caused a decline in post-operational complication s to 12,19% unsatisfactory results to 4,83%. Good results of surgical treatment are 87,64%, satisfactory-7,53%. Six rationalisation proposals on the topic of this thesis are registrated and the fundamental thesis of the paper were published in 17 scientific works.
