155 patients with duodenal ulcer. Research of dyna mic fundamental stage of natural cytotoxicity in con nection with immune factors were provided in clean-up workers of Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant accident suffering from duodenal ulcer. Methods - clinical and imunological. It is established the hyperactivation state of natural killer cells in clean-up workers of Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant accident.The practical meaning of natural cytotoxicity for estimation the course of disea se were established.The results were of practical utility in the immunological observation of disaster victims.
