The research work is dedicated to the problems of formation and development of the topography of basic bronchi and pulmonary vessels within a prenatal period of human ontogenesis and in new born. The sources of formation of basic components of lung roots have been determined, by dynamics of their syntopic correlations have been discovered; the peculiarities of organ's gate morphology have been under research; the terms of intensive and slow growth of structures under research have been defined - those were critical phases of their development.
