Kurylo M. Procuroterial supervision over observance of rights and legal interests of convictid persons

Problems of normative regulation and realisation of procurator's supervision for observance of laws in places of performance of punishments. Comprehensive investigation of theoretical and practical problems of observance the rights and legal interests convicted persons using the means of procurator's supervision. The research methods: dialectic, historical-legal, structurally-functional, logical, sociological, statistical. For the first time in the domestic science of procurator's supervision on the theoretical level is realised comprehensive research the problems of procurator's supervision for observance of rights and legal interests of convicted persons. The conclusions, formulated in a thesis, and recommendations can be used at the improvement of the legislation about the public prosecutor's office, in research and scientific work, in educational process. Issuing the monography is planned. The application fields: legislative, scientific and research activity, educational process.
