Research objectives: make and substantiation of directions of stability of labor supply of the branch of livestock production. Methods: monographic, analysis and synthesis, graphic, statistical grouping, calculation-constructive questionnaire. Theoretical and practical results: The problems of use of labor resources in livestock production are are theoretically generalized. The mean directions of its rational use are substantiated in modern conditions Novelty of introduced: a complex research of the problem of use of labor resources has been conducted first in Ukraine. Qualitative assessment labor resources and the level of its use are determined. The main factors formation of labor motivation in the branch are substantiated. Implementation degree: results have been used by the specialists of Volnovahas districts department of agriculture during designs problems of reformation labor relations, social development of village, motivation and conditions of labor in the production. Efficiency: it will promote to increase the efficiency of labor resources usage in livestock production Sphere, sector of use: use of labor in livestock production; the Ministry of the agro-industrial complex; agrarian enterprises.
