Babkova V. Organizational and legal problems of public prosecutor's activity control

Relations turning up when administrating the attorney's office bodies which are organization and monitoring, monitoring implementation mechanism, as well as the norms of the Law of Ukraine "On Attorney's Office", the orders of the Attorney General of Ukraine as to the organization of the attorney's office activities. By Basic aim complex comprehensive research there is of theoretical essence bases of control activity in attorney's office and on that effectiveness rise ways developing ground of organizationally-control activity in attorney's office. The methods of the research are: historical, general scientific methods of the systematic analysis and synthesis, formal and logic, statistic and other methods of scientific cognition, selective analysis. It is for the first time that the problems of organizational and legal monitoring of the attorney's activities are being comprehensively studied. In regard of the remodeling of the administration of the attorney's office the system of monitoring is suggeste d, the methods and tactics of its implementation is worked out as well as the criteria of evaluation of the effectiveness of the monitoring in the attorney's office. The conclusions and recommendations formulated in this thesis can be used in the law enforcement activities aimed at monitoring improvement in the attorney's office; in scientific research; in teaching. The publication of the monograph and a textbook is planned. The sphere of implementation is legislative activity, scientific research and teaching.
