Essay

Research Object: 37 patients and 35 rats with hydronephtic transformation. Research Aim: to establish the parenchyma and the kidney hemomicrocirculatory bed condition in norm and et different stages of hydronephrosis development. Research Methods: histologic, electron-microscopic, morphometric, clinico-laboratory, roentgenologic and ultrasonud. The complex clinicoexperimental research into structural-and-functional elements of the kidney and microcirculatory bed in clinic and while modelling hydronephrosis was carried out for the first time. Research Results:were introduced into the academic process at the Chaizs of Anatomy and Ultrology and in the Urologic Clinic. Anatomy, histology, urology are spheres of application.
