Groin hernia under the pressure hernial bag's contents upon the spermatic cord elements and disturbed blood circulation in the testicle lead to the decrease of organ's size, spermatic tubuli diameters, intesticial endocrinocytes nuclei volumes, the number of spermatocytes and spermatides.
