Groin hernia under the pressure hernial bag's contents upon the spermatic cord elements and disturbed blood circulation in the testicle lead to the decrease of organ's size, spermatic tubuli diameters, intesticial endocrinocytes nuclei volumes, the number of spermatocytes and spermatides. Groin сannel walls plastics is an additional trauma to the spermatic cord elements. More noticeable changes in the testicle develop after inguinal cannel's posterior wall plastics. The main structural changes develop in patients still befor the operation of herniotomy to prevent sterility
