3 Thesis are devoted to the development of methodological and syste-matic approaches to the economic and ecological valuation of territorial resources. In this work the complex research of all problems of the economic and ecological valuation of the territories were made, their essence and place in the system of rational nature resources use were defined, improvement of technologies were made and the models of creation and practical use of economic and ecological information database were developed. The main results of these thesis are introduced into practice.
