Tsybul'ko G. Forming of readiness for the development of pupils' self-government in future teachers.

The dissertation is devoted to the problems of forming readiness for the development of pupils' self-government in future teachers in the process of studying pedagogical subjects. The model of the teacher training system for school work with pupils' self-government is theoretically substantiated in the research and the components of this system are investigated. Pedagogical technology of teaching students is worked out at a didactic level, this technology regulates the construction of teaching forms and methods. The effectiveness of the suggested system is experimentally proved; practical recommendations of putting it into practice in the process of pedagogical training of students are given.
