Essay

Human caecum hemomicrocirculatory bed. To study the structural appropaiateness of development and establishment of human caecum hemomicrocirculatory bed during prenatal ontogenesis. Methods of investigations: general histology, injective, electron tranmission mycroscopy. Apparature: ultratom LKB-8800, УМТП-6, electron microscope ПЭМ-125к. For the first time it was been shown that development of human caecum microcirculation system has only one stage - stage of the vessel microcirculation; for the first time periodization of the human caecum microcirculatory system development during prenatal ontogenesis was described; at the light optical and submicroscope levels the structural mechanisms of link differentiation of vessels protocapillary bad to the corresponding links of hemomicrocirculatory bed in the human caecum wall during prenatal ontogenesis were demonstrated; the dynamic of structural establishment of wall components of all hemomicrocirculatory links along arteriola-precapillary arteriola-capil lary-postcapillary venula-venula was shown; the processis of secondary angiogenesis in the human caecum wall during prenatal ontogenesis were described. Received data will help to study pathogenesis of many alimentay canal diseases. The scope: gastroenterology; educational process of department of normal anatomy, histology and embryology, pathological anatomy, pediatrics and therapy of medical HEIs.
