Grets' O. Ecological and socio-economic expertise of the territory (on the example of Greater Sevastopol)

The object - the process of ecological and socio-economic expertise of the territory. The aim of the research is developing a geographical and mathematical model of ecological and socio- economic expertise of Greater Sevastopol and suggestions concerning the restructuring of its functional utilisation. The dissertation systematixes, generalizes and develop theoretical and methodological regulations of ecologo-social-economic expertise of the territory. It was developed a computer model of the expertise of the territory. Problems and restructurisation courses of development of the territory of Greater Sevastopol were brought out. The main directions for optimization of complex development of Greater Sevastopol were offered. Methods: analysis, synthesis, expert assessment, mathematical and cartographic modelling, statistic method. The methods have been applied in the academic process at Simferopol State University and to identify the areas in the Crimea which have god for developing countryside green t ourism. The field of application is regional lay-out and regional management.
