Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of the morphological state of urethra tissues while using biological reporpting suture materials ketgut and Biofil. The necessaty of the usage of the fibre from hard meninge biofil for suturing tissues of urethra has been founded experimentally and morphologically. It has been established that in the tissues of urethra biofil doesn't cause hemocirculatory disturbances. At the minimal vessel stroma cell reaction it stimulates fibroblast activity and fibrillogenesis. It accelerates the process of reparative regeneration with the formation of a thin friable scar, which germinates as plain muscular regenerators with maximal reconstruction of urethra tissues.
