Essay

The Transfer Factor (TF) preparations to differents an-tigens. The prurpose of the work is the obtaining and testing TF to antigens of some bacterial and viral infec-tions. Microbiological, virological, immunological, bio-chemical, histologycal, cytomorphological metods, light miscroscope. First was obtained active TF specimens to E.coli, rotavirus, rotavirus and coronavirus, rotavirus and E.coli antigens. It is planning to establish the new means of prophilactic infectious desiseas. The material have been using in the departament of microbiology and virol-ogy. The results of the thesis extends a knowledges about the cell immunity in some desiseas.
