The theoretical and methodical aspects of investigation of territory-recreate systems are generalized . The influence natural, socio-historical, ecological both socio-economic factors on the functioning and development recreate system of Ternopil region is investigated. Component - functional, territory- functional and organization structures of regional recreate are concerned. The vain trends of territory organization improvement of such system are discussed within social relation's transformation. Methods: statistical, literary, cartographic, region forming. The results of research can be used for investigate of territory-recreate systems of another regions of Ukraine, organizations of territorial management in the process of forming programs of socio-economic development of the region and schemes of regional planning
