Matyukha M. Еmployment of Rural Population

Research objects: rural population of Zhytomyr region involved in a social sector of economics Research objectives: eloboration and subsnanion of the ways for garantecing effective employment of rural population under the conditions of market relations establibhment and reformation of agro-indastrial complex branches. Methods: statistical and economical mathematical, method of expert estimation, monographic, graphic, balanse method. Theoretical and practical results: Consist in the complex investigation of rural population employment of Zhytomyr region tacking in to account social-economical, phychological, theoretical and branch-connected, ecological aspects. Novelty of introduced: The complex investigation concerning the problem of rural population employment was carried out. The forecast of the rural population employmentwere done. The main conseptual statments of the population employment and working places creation were given. Implementation degree: The results were used by ministry agro-industria l complex of Ukraine while elaboration the recomenendations conserning organization of purveying and saling cooperative societies in the country. The proposals for creation of new worcing places in the country are used by the Directorate of agro-industrial complex of Zhytomyr Regional State Administration. Efficiency: The resultats will fovour the develohment of rural populanion employment. Sphere, sector of use: insurance activity in agriculture; the Ministry of the agro-industrial complex; insurance companies and organizations.
