Research subjects: 134 patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis. Research objectives: the study of hemocoa-gu-la-ting and immune propeaties of bronchial mucous membrane in comparison with systemic hemo-coagulating and immune potential in the process of chronic cor pulmonale formation Methods: methods of investigation of patients with lung diseases; statistic methods. Theoretical and practical results: it was established the role of immune regulation of hemostasis disturbances in pathogenesis of chronic cor pulmonale; it was grounded the effectiveness of urokinase ingalations in patients with chronic cor pulmonale.
