The evolution of matter organizational forms of the post-graduate education of the teachers of science at various stages of its functioning is investigated; paying attention to paculiarities of the region Stages of the history of the system formation and development are determinedMethods - chronological, historical, methods of periodisation and structure analysis. . Conclusions, recomendations can be used in practical work of post-graduate institutions and for organizing the process of teacher training courses for teachers of science. Integral analysys of the problem of science teachers' post-graduate coursis can be used as the basis for discovering new ways of reforming post-graduate educational system in Ukraine.
