Dessertation is devoted to the problems of formation and development of state bibliography of Ukraine (1919-1969). On the basis of analysis archives materials this investigation shows the preconditions and peculiarity creation of Book Chamber of Ukraine and the structure, work's organization, financial and personnel ensuring of central bibliographic establishment are given.
