Essay

The experimental work is carried out on 234 white rats. The long influence of the He-Ne laser on a bone of a skeleton and opportunity of correction of consequences of a X-ray irradiation (40 Gr) with the help of a laserotherapy was studied. Were used: the serial laser "АЛОУ-2", morfometrical, histological, biochemical and biomechanical methods. For the first time fixed: the laser radiation renders on growth bones photo-stimulating effect, which curve has in time the parabolic form with a maximum, the speed of which achievement is directly proportional to the received doze of influence and back is proportional to age of animals. With the further irradiation the effect reduce also becomes opposite. The X-ray irradiation rats results in delay of rates of growth, demineralisation and decrease stable bones properties. Under influence of He-Ne laser these negative changes decrease, and from the elected modes is more preferable 0,5 mWt/cm2 10 minutes. The results are introduced into educational process in 7 University of Ukraine, 2 branch innovations are made out.
