Object of researches:pathogenical culture of B.bronchiseptica; the patients swines on bordetellosis, whey of blood. The purppose of researches: definition diseases porsines herds of bordetellosis, study of current of bordetellosis in experiment on 7-day's piglets; development of mehtods of diagnostics; test of measures against bordetellos in unsuccessful farms. Methods of researches: epizootological, clinically-pathogenical, bacteriological, serological, statistical. The equipment: thermostate, microscope, centrifuge, device of Florinsky and others. Theoretical results: persent of diseases porcines herds of bordetellosis is established, the features of illnes, property of the agent ; current of an experimentally B.bronchiseptica-infection are investigated, Dynamics of formation of antiberdetellosis antibodies. Practical results: the efficiency of antibacterial means for the patients pigletts is determined; of the antibordetellosis measure are introduce, the recommendations for diagnostics and measures of struggle are given.
