Nychyk S. The influence of poultry farm microbism on the state of chicken organism and the epizootical situation of poultry farm.

Object of research: chickens 1-60-days of age,spectrum facultative anaerobes in air poultry farms. The purpose of researches: study of influence microbism of poultry farms on a general condition organisms of chickens and epizootical situation in poultry farm. Methods of research: epizootological, histological, morphological, bacteriological, hematological, statistical. Equipment: microscope, centrifuge, thermostat, chamber of Goryaev. Theoretical results: the mechanism of reaction of immunocompetenive system and respiratory organs in general reaction of organisms on increase contamination by bacteria of air is found out. Practical results: The scientific-reasonable mode of sanation of air is developed and itroduced into technology of veterenary protection poultry farms with the purpose of preventive maintenance of bacteriosis.
