The complex displays questions of use labor resources of Ukraine in interest of Germany during the World War II. The methods are problem-chronologic, comparative and analytic. Research of the preconditions, concrete ways and methods of labor operation of the basic categories of the efficient population for the first time are made. Displays of Nazis policy in the demografic-labour sphere are qualified, and concretely considered.
