Kryvoshyya P. The state of hymoral and cellular factors immunity of the horses in case of infections anaemia

Тhe thesis is devoted to the studying of the indicators of humoral and cellular immunity of unbreaded healthy and infectious horses - anaemia virus infected horses. Is founded out the reduction of the erythrocytes, lymphocytes, T -lymphocyte (p<0,01) number, the lowering of the phagocitic activity exponents, phagocitic number (p<0,01), phagocitic index (p<0,01), phagocitic capacity of albumins level, ( - globulins, haemohlobulins, C- vitamins, lysozyme-activity, the titer of heterohemagglutinin, the promotion of leucocyte number, relative number of neutrophils, B-cellulars, T-(theophilinresistence), T-(theophilinsensetive) (p<0,05), the level of (- globulins, immunoglobulins, immune complexes, titer of isohemagglutinin, the reduction of the receptor's expression on the immunocompetence cellulars and of the evolvation of histomorphological changes in the organs of horses during the hidden current infectious anaemia. Immunological markers for exposing horses with promoted risks of patology progress amon g the animals with hidden current of the desease are defined. Immune parametres of healthy horses and their age and season dynamics are determined. Obtained exponentes of immunity of horses with hidden current of infectious anemia are used in further learning of molecular - biologics and immunologics mechanisms of the appearance and progress of this desease.
