Kostyuk M. Biological activity, treatment and prevention effectivity water-soluble form of cholicalciferol at osteodysthrophia in cows.

Object of examination: the cow, rats of Wistar lines. The purpose of examination: study of biological activity and treatment-and-prophylactic efficiency of the water-soluble Cholicalciferoli (Lipovidi) at an osteodystrophy of the cows. Methods: clinical, morphological, biochemical, radioimunology, ultrasonic, pathological, histological, rentgenological. Theoretical and practical results: the conducted examinations do not acknowledge toxicity, but acknowledge high biological activity and treatment-and-prophylactic efficiency of Lipovidi; designed and experimentally substantiated optimal methods of Lipovidi introduction; the critical periods of an exchange of phosphorus in the highly productive cows were fixed; there was probated US method of diagnostic of an osteodystrophy. The recommendations concerning its usage also were substantiated. Novelty of innovation: for the first time in Ukraine and countries of CIS on the basis of study of a metabolism Cholicalciferoli and its fissile metabolites, indexes of a phosphor-calcium exchange were substantiated. Biological activity and treatment-and-prophylactic efficiency of the new water-soluble shape of Cholicalciferoli at an osteodystrophy and afterpatrurient hypophosphatemia were experimentally substantiated. A degree of introduction: designed and approved TH for on a drug "Lipovid" and temporary instruction on its application; the dissertation materials were included in the methodical references "Dispanserisation of dairy cattle".
