Taktayev B. Creation of the stable to potato nematoda Globodera rostochiensis Woll. potato breeding material in the complex with the other valuable signs.

Object: potatoes. Purpose: creation steady against the potato nematode of descendants of potatoes in a complex with other valuable indications in an outcome of use of an initial material of an interspecific origin. Methods: hybridization, self-fertilization individual selection, genetic-statistical analysis, correlation and variation analyses. Results: manifestation of valuable economic indications at steady against the nematode of descendants for the first time is revealed. The possibility of join in descendants of stability to the nematode with high indexes of such indications as is proved: productivity, content of starch, flavoring qualities, and also stability to phytophtorosa infestans, alternarioses and virus diseases. The new sorts of potatoes are created, in the co-authorship: Povyn, Yavir , Vesnyanka, Virineya, Dnepryanka, Fantazy and Bаgryaniy, which pass state variety trials. The sorts Povyn, and Yavir are brought in the Register of sorts of Ukraine since a 2000. The sorts, Povyn, Dnepryanka and Fantazy are characterized by stability to the potato nematode. The field of application: breeding research institutes, private and collective farms.
