Ordin Y. Сorrection of current of sorts and of the after-birth period in connection with a clinics-physiological condition of the cows in the dry time

The object of investigation: the cow of black and white bread of 4-8 years old with productivity of 3000-3500 kg per year. The methods of investigation: clinical, laboratory, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: there were studied the distribution of seizure of an afterbirth, subinvolution and endometritis for the cows. There were studied the reasons and mechanisms of a development of the birth pathologies and afterbirth period. There were justified and defined the efficiency of medicamental methods of preventive measures of seizure of the placenta retention, subinvolution, endometritis and infertility. There were designed the guidelines concerning preventive measures patrimonial both afterbirth of complications and infertility of the cows. Novelty: objective influence of violation of dynamic of the content of biochemical, endocrine and morphological indexes of a blood of the unlactational and lactating cows on a development of the obstetrical illnesses and infertility for the first time is detected; the application of a complex method of medicamental preventive measures of seizure of an placenta retention, subinvolution and endometritis is proved at the doubtful and unfavorable forecasts of a course of kinds and of an afterbirth period is justified and experimentally expediency. The measure of introduction: the dissertation materials are used at teaching the subject "Obstetrics, gynecology and biotechnology of food animals" on veterinary medicine department and for continuing educating students in Bila Tserkva State Agrarian University. The dissertation materials are also used in "Methodical recommendation on dairy cattle reproduction" (1995), Methodical guidelines "Mastitis agricultural animal " (1997) and in recommendation "Artificial insemination of cows and heifers" (1999). The results of operation are inserted in some collective farms in the Kiev region. The using field: veterinary medicine, dairy cattle.
