Kayuk S. Zadunais'ka Seech 1775-1828 years

The thesis is devoted to the studying of the historical conditions of appearance of Zadunays'ka Seech, its social-economical and administrative-political structure. Emigration and reemigration processes of Zadunais'ky Cossacks are investigated, reasons and consequences of the lequidation of Zadunais'ka Seech are shown. Analysing a great number of sources, most of which have not been used yet, the process of emigration and the history of the first years of living in Osman Empire and foundation of Zadunais'ky Kish are investigated in details. Localization of Zaporozhs'ki Seeches over the Danube (middle 1780-s years - Katurlezka Seech, 1806 - moving of Cossacks to Brailov and Seimeny, 1814-1828 - Seech in Velyky Dunavtsy is done. Moving of Zadunaistys under Russia in 1828 was an organised prepared action which has become the result of a number of reasons is proved in the research. Y.M.Gladkiy as a koshevoy otaman played an important role, but not the main one, in reemigration of Zadunaitsys.
