Dissertation is devoted to the study of morfo-functional changes of ovaries in acute and chronic alcoholic intoxications. On the basis of morpho-functional analysis of ovaries on experimental animals (white rats) and female corpses of reproductive age having authentic alcoholic catamnesis correlated asso-ciations have been found and comparisons of changes in ovaries in the conditions of acute intoxication by ethanol and continions action of spirtus aethylicus were made. The signs of stable hypoovulatory status displaying in common amout of follicules decreasing and connective tissue of organs transformation have been found out.
