Bed' V. Usage of psychological knowledge by advocate in criminal process

Об'єкт дослідження - a system of usage the psychological knowledge in advocate activity. Мета дослідження - usage of the psychological knowledge for improvement of advocate activity effectiveness. Методи дослідження та апаратура - a) panscientific (logical, historical, system, comparative); b) part-scientific (interviewing, conversation, simple and complex observation, estimations of experts, analysis of a criminal affairs and materials of advocate practice. Теоретичні результати і новизна - the essences of psychological cognition in the criminal process, its juridical and psychological prerequisite are analysed; characteristics of advocate activity and its the demands for personality is presented; advocate psychogram is developed in the frame of this research. Практичні результати і новизна - recommendations and proposals for psychological provision of advocate activity are presented. It should be put into practice in following trends: 1) the employment of different forms of psychological knowledg e by advocate (usage of possibilities of psychological consultations, conclusions of the juridical commission of experts, cooperation with psychologist); 2) direct usage of psychological skills and knowledge by an advocate, who has got thus psychological education. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - thesis, stated in the work, are realised for working and acceptance of the Ukraine's Low "About the Bar", into account for want of modification and additions in the CPC Ukraine. Ефективність впровад-ження - recommendations and proposals for psychological provision of advocate activity, prepared in the work, have received positive valuation.
