Thesis is devoted to questions of diagnostic and treatment of children congenital malformations of gastrointestinal tract and urinary system. Phases diagnostic program "specialist in genetics - pediatric surgeon - obstetrician - pediatric surgeon" made on the basis of prenatal ultrasonic examinations. Also studied algorithms of combinations of congenital malformations. The terms of diagnostic of these congenital malformations are reduced, that let to increase the efficiency of medical treatment for the patients of this category, to decrease complications and lethality.
