. Investigation object: economy forest-steppe of a zone of Lviv area. Investigation aim: development scientifically substantation of the proposals of selection of criterions of the and economic substantation of general differentiation and projects land-surveying agricurtural economy. Investigation methods: monographic, abstract and logical, economic and mathematical, calculate and alternative, normative, calculate and design, statistical, experimental of designing. Theoretical and practical results: the giving capability is developed a system of parameters to organize rational use of grounds. Novelty: concept "a threshold level use of grounds" for the first time is entered; is developed criterions of ecological and economic assessment of the projects land-surveying; the technique of the substantation of the projects land-surveying is advanced. Usage: proposals implantation in Peremyshlayny and Pustomyty region and of the economy in v.Koropuge Gorodok region of the Lviv area.
