Essay

The dissertation is devoted to studying the morphofunctinal features of the hemomicrocirculatory bed of the myocardium of the human embryos and fetuses. Hearts of 125 human embryos and fetuses have been studied. Methods of investigations: injective and histology methods, electron tranmission mycroscopy. Two types of primary hemomicrovessels of the human myocardium have been discovered. Heterochrony of primary hemomicrovessels formation in various areas of the human atrium has been established. The terms of replacing the primary hemomicrocirculatory bed with the secondary one have been determined for the human myocardium. Ultrastructured peculiarities of the blood microvessels of the human myocardium in various terms of the prenatal ontogeny have been described. Intraendothelial and interendothelial ways of the growth buds formation in the blood microvessels in myocardium of the human embryo and fetus were revealed and described.
