Kryuchko Y. Problems of Support of State Prosecution in Cases on Intended Murder

Relations arising in connection with the execution of constitutional function of supporting state prosecution in court, mechanism and guarantees of realization of the adversary principle in criminal proceeding. The special object of the research is methods and tactics of spurring state prosecution in court in cases of premeditated murders. The main aim is complex research of supporting state prosecution in court in cases of premeditated murders. Revert methods include methods and ways of cognition: method of using other, formal logical method, subject theoretical method, statistical method, etc. For the first time the problems of maintenance of state prosecution in court as constitutional function of organs of the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine have been studied; methods and tactics of maintenance of state prosecution in cases of premeditated murders have been worked out. Formulated in the thesis deductions and propositions can be used in law enforcement activity: while working out new criminal procedu ral legislation and perfecting the present one; in scientific research work; at lessons in law institutes; while working out new educational textbooks and manuals; in the system of improvement of professional skills of workers of Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine; etc. The thesis can be used in lawmaking process, scientific research activity, educational process.
