Sukhonos V. Organizational and legal problems of providing Prosecutor's office with the Staff

Relations, aviating at personnel administration of regains of Procurator's office norms of tallow of "On Attorney's Office", orders and other statutory acts of the General Prosecutor of Ukraine on organization of activity in organs of Procurator's office. The main purpose is complex and comprehensive investigation of theory of personnel administration in Procurator's office and development of ways of improvement of efficiency of personnel provision of procurator's office. Methods of research are general scientific methods of system analysis and synthesis, method of reference to theory of state and law, theory of management, service law, psychology, and formal-logical, statistical, and other methods of scientific knowledge. Complex research of organization-legal problems of personnel provision of procurator's office is done for the first time. The author suggests system of selection, disposition and evaluation of procurators and investigators, develops basic strategy of personnel administration in Pr osecutor's Office and criteria of evaluation of effectiveness of this activity. Conclusions and suggestions, made in the dissertation, can be used in law-application activity directed on improvement of personnel management in procurator's office; in scientific research; in educational process while development corresponding scientific-methodological literature. The field of usage is law-mailing, scientific research activity, study process.
