Об'єкт дослідження - a system of usage the psychological knowledge in district militiaman's activity (RIM). Мета дослідження - development of methodic elaborated for professional-psychological training of district-militiamen which is directed for rational technologies in professional problems-solving. Методи дослідження та аппаратура - interviewing, conversation, observation, estimations of experts, analysis of a documentation, periodicals and videomaterials of Ukraine's Main Police Offices, standardised and modified inquirers, methodic, tests. Теоретичні результати і новизна - represented results of the functional-system analysis of professional activity and professional - graphic analysis of district - militiaman's professional activity. A list of conditions and factors providing effective decision of operational - service tasks. Практичні результати і новизна - developed criterions of important professional traits for staff selection for (RIM) service and represented. Professiongram of district - mi litiaman and qualification characteristic are proposed as a base of forming of their professional skills. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - the methodic for professional staff selection RIM and training of professional traits is proposed to Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and regional's branches. Ефективність впровадження - realisation a purposive unit of methodic elaborated for professional - psychological training of district -militiamen's for forming their professional readiness and concernig effectiveness of professional activity.
