Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of structural mechanisms of angiogenesis of blood vessels of haemomicrocirculatory system of human urinary bladder during prenatal ontogenesis. By means of the injection techniques, electron microscopy and the light microscopy it was established that angiogenesis is closely related to the development and morpho-functional peculiarities of an organ and includes development of primary and secondary haemomicrocirculatory beds. Primary angiogenesis occurs only in embryonal period and consists of the formation of primary vessels of the protocapillary type and their further differentiation to basic links of closed microcirculatory system. Secondary angiogenesis starts during the fetal period and consists of the further specialization of the primary protocapillary bed into basic links of the secondary angiogenesis and the new formation of microvessels.
