Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of structural mechanisms of angiogenesis of blood vessels of haemomicrocirculatory system of human gall bladder during prenatal ontogenesis. By means of the light microscopy it was established that the organ-specific microcirculatory bed develops in the process of primary and secondary angiogenesis. Primary angiogenesis occurs in the mesenchimal primordium of the human gall bladder only during embryonal period. Secondary angiogenesis occurs in the human gall bladder wall consists of 1) formation of secondary blood capillaries from the growth buds of the pre-existing microvessels; 2) development of arterioles with the muscular layer; 3) development of the postcapillary and collecting venules.
