Essay

On the base of complex clinical and laboratory-instrumental findings of the patients with Bronchial Asthma (BA) and Chronic obstructive bronchitis (COB) peculiarities of cholinergic regulation were revealed. It was established, that in patients with COB cholinergic disorders are more expressed, and correlate with severity of disease. During the study of psychological state the changes of vegetative and depression level were more manifested in patients with COB, while asthmatics have higher anxiety index. We cultivated differential treatment of bronchoobstructive syndrome and proposed complex individual program for the cure of BA and COB on the base of high correlation between cholinergic disorders and psychology state. The influence of cigarette smoking for the course and severity of BA and COB was also obtained.
