The dissertation were thoroughly analysed drug allergy during different kinds of narcosis, its frequency, structure, risk factors, clinical and immunological peculiarities, prognosis possibility.It was established the rate of drug allergy (9.77%) that prevalently during endotracheal naesthesia, anaphylactic shock was the main form of drug allergy, and accomponies by acute combined immunological insufficiency with allergy signs prevalence. It was found antigens of drug allergy during anaesthesia. Was proved possibility to prognose the risk of drug allergy arising during narcosis.
