In the master's thesis the disputable problems are used namely the action of the Procurator's Office on the stage of the forming of the law governed state, the concept and system of the investigation actions, the method of the supervision over the production of the investigation actions. The problems of the procurator's participation in the investigation, the supervising the observance for the fulfillment of the law in the stage of the infestation of criminal case are tried. The measures towards the improvement of the Legislatijn abjut the procurator's supervision, and also the Criminal-Procedural Law, are proposed.
