The research of the problem of the influence of the specific meaning of the problem of freedom on the Western lawcon-sciousness. The central point is its new understanding, which is go to forming of person as a subject of law, and his (her) lawconsciousness. The thesis elucidates the mains elements lawconsciousness, of the which are transforming under social and cultural pressure in Christian spiritual and mental structures (person and his place in the law, lex and power structures of the society, which granted freedom for everyone).
