Object: waste, natural and drinking waters. Task: design and practical assimilation scientific-methodical maintenance and hardware of instrumental methods biotesting of quality natural, waste and drinking water for operating management and intensification of water-supply and water drain systems. Methods and apparatures: photometric, electrochemical, luminescent and optical methods of researches. Photometer, luminometеr, oxymeter, microscope. Theoretical and practical results: the method of waste water evaluation by respiration of active sludge is developed. The devices for biotesting are created. Novelty:development of chemiluminescent method and improvement of electrochemical and fluorimetrical methods of biotesting waters. Usage degree: equipment works in industrial conditions. Field: Control of water quality in a system of a water-supply and water drain.
