Stoyan T. University Education in Ukraine at the second half of the 19-th century.

The thesis is devoted to a problem of becoming and development of university formation in to Ukraine in second half Х І Х items. Because of wide of basis(!on the basis of), is revealed and is systematized general(common) rices and features of development of universities of Ukraine, their place and role in formation of the Ukrainian people, maintenance by frames of maximum qualification is uncovered the level scientific - theoretical of mastering of a problem, is revealed conceptual fundamentalses Russian soviet and modern Ukrainian of the rather elected theme with allowance for political of influence of political ideas to the scientist and publicists. The major factors are certain(determined) which have caused a governmental rate concerning universities of Ukraine to develop the mechanism of management by them. The professional level, place in company is investigated structure, it: is shown main roads of a solution of a personnel problem at universities of Ukraine. The students, source and tendenc y of its supplement, social status, material position, attitude(relation) with professorate is described. The certain actual problems(!on), which require(demand) further development and is produced the recommendations, which were in for of a condition of university formation in modern conditions.
