In the dissertation the essence of concept "citizen" in considered as the unity of its components; main preparation stages to pupil's communication in conditions of foreign medium with purpose to form the citizen' features have been theoretically proved and experimentally checked-up; the influence of pupil's communication in conditions of foreign medium on the formation of citizen features is cleared.
