While examining the patients with stroke having various degree of hereditary predispo-sition to cerebral vascular pathology and apparently healthy persons it was shown in the work that hereditary factors are of particular importance in forming functional-biochemical disorders in cerebral stroke. In patients with stroke having hereditary predisposition in genealogical anamnesis the features of morpfofunctional organization of chromosomes were revealed that are characterized by lower level of associative behavior of acrocentric chromosomes and certain variants of chromosomal C-heterochromatin polymorphism.
