This dissertation is devoted to the problem of investigation of the ways of differentiated approach to the pupils, the development and testing the model of the pedagogical guidance of the differentiated teaching of the pupils in the middle and senior classes (upper grades), forming the dynamic groups and to the pecu-liarities of the pupils' work in these dynamic groups. The model of pedagogical guidance of the differentiate education of pupils includes diagnostic and model, regulation and procedure, evaluation and amendment periods.
